Pulsar3D Shipping Policy

At Pulsar3D, we strive to get your high-performance 3D printing components—like the Cartographer Probe and specialized toolhead kits—to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer reliable shipping options across the Contiguous United States.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment Exclusions

Please be aware that some products on our store are fulfilled by third-party partners or external warehouses.

  • Separate Shipments: If your order contains both Pulsar3D-stocked items and third-party items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.

  • Calculation: Shipping for these items will be calculated separately at checkout based on the provider's rates.

3. International Shipping (DDP – Duties Paid)

Pulsar3D supports the global 3D printing community with a transparent shipping process.

  • No Surprise Fees: International shipping rates calculated at checkout include all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import fees.

  • Landed Cost: The total you pay at checkout is the final price. You will not be required to pay additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

  • Tracking: All international orders include end-to-end tracking so you can monitor your package’s journey.

4. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • The entire order will typically ship once all items are in stock.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided on the specific product page and are subject to manufacturing timelines.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at our Contact Page.

  • Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for carrier delays once they leave our facility, we will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue.
